Insurances and Rates

I accept most major insurance plans.

 

Some are listed below, but if your plan is not listed, please call to inquire, as I may be on it. I also am a provider on most Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). This is a benefit that employers offer to their employees. If you think your company offers EAP sessions, ask your human resources department how to access that, because that will give you several free sessions!

Humana - Out of Network. We will file the claim for you; the charge is $90.  After Humana pays their portion, you are responsible for the balance.

TRICARE Patients:  If this is your secondary insurance it will pay normally. If it is your primary insurance, it will pay only as an "out of net" provider, so your copay may be higher.

​

If you are uninsured, my cash rate is $90 per session.

Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted.
