Life is a journey. Let me help.
Are you depressed, overwhelmed, irritable, or anxious? Ever feel unable to get out of bed, paralyzed by fear or overwhelming heaviness?
Are you having troubles in your relationships? Do you ever wonder what happened to that happy couple you used to be? Do you worry about your childrens' happiness and behavior?
The good news is that you don't have to walk the road alone. You don't have to solve your problems by yourself. Get help in a safe environment where you can explore your feelings and devise a strategy to turn things around.
Insight is important, but it isn't enough. Change happens when you actually do things differently. Get the tools you need to make the changes you want.
Let me bring years of wisdom and caring into your life. Using renowned cognitive behavioral therapy methods, I will help you get your life back!

Individual Therapy. Take some time to care for yourself. I can help you with depression, anxiety, work issues, trauma, abuse, anger, and loss. Our first step will be to understand what you want from therapy; then we will devise a plan to get you there. Click for a full listing of my areas of expertise.

Children and teens. I have years of expertise in helping kids with their problems. Whether they have emotional problems, behavior problems, social or academic problems, I will get to the bottom of it. My first step is to get a good diagnosis, and from there I can "roll up my sleeves" and get to work. For some reason, I've always related well with children and adolescents, and they usually feel relaxed and accepted.

Couples and families. Relationships can be tough to navigate, yet they offer avenues to happiness. Let me help you with marital stresses. I rely heavily on the research of John Gottman, Phd, in my work with couples. I am also an expert in family dynamics and can help you develop effective ways to manage children.
